SSP/ PRIMARY SCHOOLS’ INVITATIONAL FRIENDLY TRACK MEET- 2009

Dear parents,
1. Your child will be taking part in the above mentioned competition on 18 March 2009 (Wednesday).
2. There will be two training sessions prior to that. Please make the necessary transport arrangements.
a. 14 March (Saturday): Pupils are to be in school by 7.55 am. The bus will leave at 8.00 am and reach SRJC at approximately 8.45 am. Training will end at around 10.30 am. The pupils will be back in school at approximately 11.15 am.
b. 17 March (Tuesday): Pupils are to be in school by 1.25 pm. The bus will leave at 1.30 pm and reach SRJC at approximately 2.00 pm. Training will end at around 4.00 pm. The pupils will be back in school at approximately 4.45 pm.

4. With regards to the competition on 18 March (Wednesday), please also make the necessary transport arrangements. As the first event commences at 12.00 pm, pupils have to be there early for warm-up and familiarisation. Pupils are to be in school by 9.25 am. The bus will leave at 9.30 am and reach Singapore Sports School at approximately 10.10 am. Competition will end at around 6.00 pm. The pupils will be back in school at approximately 6.45 pm.
5. Should your child be unable to attend any of the above mention, please do Call / SMS / Email to inform me.

3) TO PROVIDE TRACK & FIELD TEAMS IN THE PRIMARY SCHOOLS WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO ENHANCE TEAM BONDING AND FOSTER CAMARADERIE
4) TO PROVIDE A PLATFORM FOR LIVING OUT THE OLYMPIC SPIRIT AND UPHOLDING THE OLYMPIC VALUES OF FRIENDSHIP, EXCELLENCE & RESPECT.
